Bromley Well is a new integrated service that provides support for Bromley residents to improve their general health, wellbeing and independence and to help prevent them from falling into crisis.

Form Filling
A form filling service supported by volunteers to help you complete forms including your Blue Badge and Attendance Allowance.

Long Term Health Conditions
Support, Advice and Training for clients with Long Term Health conditions such as CPOD and High Blood Pressure

Older People Support Service
Integrated support, advice and information for the older residents of Bromley for a wide range of issues

Sitting and Respite Service
Our Sitting Service covers hospital discharge while care plans are installed. We also offer a paid for respite service

Adult Carers Support
Support for those aged 19+ who are spending time caring for the residents of Bromley as family or friends

HandyPerson Service
A service for those jobs around the house that enable older residents to retain their independence.

Hospital Take Home and Settle
Our service collects clients after discharge from hospital and makes sure they get home safe.

Hospital After Care
Hospital After Care gives six weeks support to help build confidence and regain independence after a hospital stay

Befriending
This service offers a vital lifeline to older people who would otherwise feel totally lonely and socially isolated.

dealing with Mental Health issues such as stress, depression or anxiety for individuals, carers and family and friends
Bromley Mencap
deal with all learning and physical disabilities as well as young carers (under 19) and employment and training
Bromley Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB)
As well as providing all their usual services ranging from Benefits to Housing to Tax, Bromley CAB also act as a single point of access to all the Bromley Well services where you can be referred on to any of the partners that provides the best service (or collection of services) for you.

A membership organisation that supports, promotes and facilitates the development of a strong, diverse, confident and effective voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, in ways which will enable the sector to improve the quality of life for people and their communities
BTSE History
The Bromley Third Sector Enterprise (BTSE) was formed in August 2015 and registered as a Community Investment Company (CIC) in October 2017.
It was a Community Interest Company in October 2017. On 13 November 2020 it was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)
The BTSE core organisations are

and a growing number of Associated Member organisations.
BTSE was commissioned by the London Borough of Bromley and the NHS, through it's Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), to deliver Bromley Well services to Bromley Residents.
