Our experienced advisors provide general advice on a range of issues.

Our Information and Advice service for older people provides a free, confidential and independent service for anyone aged 65+ living in the borough of Bromley.

The service is regulated by the Age UK Quality of Advice Standard (QAS) and the Advice Services Alliance.

Our experienced advisors provide general advice on a range of issues including

welfare benefits, including benefits entitlement checks
housing
relationships and family
consumer rights
adult social care

We also help with filling in forms if you have no one who can help.
