Dementia Support Worker – Aylesbury

 
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people affected by dementia?
 
We’re looking for a Dementia Support Worker to join our newly commissioned Dementia Support Service – a unique partnership between Age UK Buckinghamshire, Carers Bucks, and Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow & Brent.
 
If you have experience as a support worker, care coordinator or health professional and value person-centred, holistic care – this could be your next meaningful role.
 
You’ll be supporting people with memory concerns or a dementia diagnosis and their carers, helping them through every stage of their journey.
