Dementia friendly services – making a difference

We strive to be a dementia friendly organisation. We treat people living with dementia as individuals rather than focusing on their illness or on any abilities they may have lost. We also provide support, advice and information for carers, families and friends, as well as to other organisations and professionals.

Our Dementia Wellbeing Service works with other Age UK Camden services e.g. Health and Positive Living Hubs, Information and Advice teams, Befriending and Care Navigator and Social Prescribing - to provide holistic support and make a real difference.
