Take on the ultimate challenge of the Manchester Tough Mudder 5K, held at the Cheshire Showground on Saturday 10th October in support of Age UK Cheshire!
You will tackle mud, obstacles, and miles of grit, all to help raise vital funds for older people across the county. It’s a day packed with teamwork, determination, and plenty of muddy smiles, making every step (and every splash!) truly worthwhile. Tough Mudder is famed for it's incredibly creative, large-scale obstacles and the 5K event features no fewer than 15 of these - including 'Well Swung', Electric Eel and 'Shawshanked'. The challenge is the ultimate test of stamins, strength and mental grit. But it's also great fun and seriously rewarding. Have you got what it takes?
