Exercises 1: WARM-UP

To help you keep active at home, our SNF team have put together a series of short videos with simple exercises to help improve your mobility, cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength and flexibility. You won’t need any special equipment, but if you have a theraband and have learned to use this from a Strictly No Falling instructor, you may choose to use this during the strength component.

We know that many members of the community are unable to take part in their regular activities at this time. With this in mind Gatepost Theatre Company have taken a musical number from their upcoming, September production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, worked with the Strictly No Falling team and recorded a chair based exercise routine with which we hope people can continue to remain fit at home.
