If you are over 50, feeling unsteady on your feet or have experienced a fall, then you could benefit from signing up to our Falls Prevention Programme.
 
Our chair exercise classes focus on strengthening muscles, improving balance and mobility.  The classes are a fun and friendly way to help build confidence and independence when completing daily routines.
 
Timings
Tuesday - 12.30 until 1.15 pm
Tuesday - 1.30 until 2.15 pm
Tuesday - 2.30 until 3.15 pm
 
At St Peter's Church Hall, Vera Avenue, Grange Park, London N21 1DB
 
The first six weeks is free - after that, it's £3.50 per session.
