If you are over 50, feeling unsteady on your feet or have experienced a fall, then you could benefit from signing up to our Falls Prevention Programme.
 
This 45 minute session focuses on improving strength, coordination, balance and reducing the risk of falls.  The sessions include use of resistance bands and equipment.  The classes are a fun and friendly way to help build confidence and independence when completing daily routines.
 
These are held at the venues and times below:
 
At St Peter's Church Hall, Vera Avenue, Grange Park, London N21 1DB
Tuesday - 12.30 until 1.15 pm
Tuesday - 1.30 until 2.15 pm
Tuesday - 2.30 until 3.15 pm
 
At Enfield Highway Community Centre, Hertford Road, Enfield EN3 5JF
Monday - 12.00 until 12.45 pm
Monday - 12.55 until 1.40 pm
Monday - 1.50 until 2.35 pm
 
At Ordnance Unity Centre Library, First Floor, Enfield EN3 6ND
2nd Tuesday of the month - 10.00 am until 12.00 noon.
 
The first six weeks are free - after that, it's £3.50 per session.
