Menopause Meetups
The Menopause Meet-Up is a social support session for anyone experiencing peri-menopause or menopause.
Held monthly, every session has guest speaks and taster sessions of a variety of activities.
The take place every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6.30 pm until 8.00 pm at the Beaumont Southgate Care Home, Cannon Hill, Southgate, London N14 7DJ.
They are free but booking is essential by emailing beh-tr.enfieldtalkingtherapies@nhs.net
Based at the beautiful surroundings at Southgate Beaumont, the monthly evening meet up will have guest speakers, taster sessions and stall holders. Topics will range from managing symptoms, managing anxiety or learning relaxation tips, HRT and medications, staying fit and active, complementary therapies, diet and nutrition and so much more.
The Enfield Menopause Monthly Meetup takes place on the second Tuesday of each month - starting at 6.30 pm until 8.00 pm.
Menopause Meet Up is FREE.
