Dr Emma Green

Dr Emma Green is a GP Partner at St Thomas Medical Group in Exeter, joining in 2011. Now serving as one of its Managing Partners, Emma brings a wealth of clinical expertise and strategic leadership to the forefront of Primary Care. 

She currently leads as Clinical Director of the Exeter West Primary Care Network and co-chairs the Board of Clinical Directors in Eastern Devon, helping to shape collaborative healthcare across the region. Her passion lies in building bridges between the NHS and local charities to support Exeter’s most vulnerable residents—especially its growing elderly population. 

Emma believes that effective care is powered by community. By fostering strong partnerships between statutory services and voluntary organisations, she champions wrap-around support that meets both medical and social needs. Through her work with Age UK Exeter, she continues to advocate for integrated care that’s compassionate, connected, and forward-thinking.
