The ticket includes a live DJ and includes food and hot and cold drinks. There's also a tombola with prizes to be won. We will also be introducing our Age UK HHB pop up shop with great bargains.

We are pleased to let you know that Hillingdon's Mayor - Reeta Chamdal will also be attending.

Dance Event Ticket Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Validity Each ticket admits one person and is valid only for the date and time of the event.

2. Refunds and Cancellations Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders will be notified of the options available.

3. Transfers Tickets may not be resold, transferred or exchanged without the organiser's permission.

4. Event Changes The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, timings, speakers, entertainment or venue where necessary.

5. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, volunteers and staff. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Photography and Video Recording Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, marketing and reporting purposes. By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify the organiser before or during the event.

7. Health and Safety Attendees are responsible for following any safety instructions provided by event staff. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where this is necessary for health and safety reasons.

8. Dietary Requirements and Allergies Food and refreshments will be provided. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, the organiser cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. Personal Property Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

10. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered by attendees except where caused by the organiser's negligence.

11. Data Protection Any personal information collected in connection with ticket bookings will be processed in accordance with the organiser's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
