Join in with our wide range of activities!
We’re proud to offer a friendly and inclusive programme of activities, designed so everyone can feel welcome, get involved and enjoy their time with us. Whether you’re looking to stay active, try something new or simply socialise, there’s something for everyone.
Our physical activities are led by experienced, qualified instructors and include sessions such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Line Dancing, perfect for keeping active at your own pace.
Alongside this, our staff, volunteers and visiting tutors create a relaxed and sociable environment through activities like arts and crafts, board games, knitting group and quizzes. We also have television, DVD and projector facilities available, giving everyone the chance to come together and enjoy shared moments.
Our Activity Planner is updated regularly, so there’s always something new to look forward to. Most sessions don’t require booking. Just come along, join in, and be part of the community, with payment taken on the day where applicable.
