Many people are unable to affordably or effectively heat their homes in the colder months which can lead them into debt, have serious impacts on health and wellbeing and leave them with a choice of whether to heat or eat.

Working in partnership with Leicestershire County Council and e.on we can support you to prepare now for the coming winter

How can the Warm Homes project help me?

The project can support you to access solutions to help you keep your home affordably warm. This might be the installation of gas to the property and a gas boiler, insulation measures, energy advice to help you reduce your bills and advice on managing your income as well as helping you to access benefits that you are entitled to and can make heating your home affordable. Over the past 2 years, the Warm Homes project has helped more than 3,700 households to reduce their energy bills and could help you prepare for a warmer winter this year.

Where is this project available?

The project is available to Leicestershire County Council residents.

Is the Warm Homes help provided free of charge?

Yes. The project is funded by The Warm Homes Fund and is being delivered by a partnership between E.ON, Leicestershire County Council and Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland. Anyone over the age of 18 may be able to access help and support from this project.
