UKPN Priority Services Register

UK Power Networks keeps the lights on across London, regardless of who you pay your electricity bills to. You can all them on 105 if you have a power cut.

Pensioners, people with disabilities or health conditions can join their Priority Services Register to receive free help, support and advice during a power cut. To register visit their website here, call 0800 169 9970, or email psr@ukpowernetworks.co.uk.

For extra help, contact Shine: an energy advice service for Londoners in vulnerable circumstances, to help get discounts on bills, receive free measures like lightbulbs, and address debt.
