Day Three - 12 Stories of Christmas - 'Help when you need it' (ISA)
Our quality-assessed Information, Signposting and Advice team delivered fantastic services which helped people to claim over £2 million in benefits – that’s money in the pockets of local people. We took over 31,000 incoming calls and dealt with 5000 emails.
We know how hard the Cost of Living crisis is biting so we’ll be here next year to provide advice and information to help you make the right decision for you. We can help with benefit assessments and claims and support you to understand your options when making difficult decisions.
We’ll continue to offer in-person advice sessions on Mondays in the Meadows and in our Sutton in Ashfield Community Hub on 4th Wednesday of every month.
