The University of Nottingham would like to invite you to participate in a citizen discussion on 'SmartHealth' on:

Friday, 16 June 10.30 am to 3.30 pm
at Nottingham Voluntary and Community Service

Do you remember the days before home computers and mobile phones?

Back then, would you have imagined that phones would one day be able to remind us of a GP appointment, turn on the house lights, or even measure our heart rate?

Britain’s future cities will use technology in new ways, changing how we get information and use everyday services – even changing what our homes look like.

Researchers from the University of Nottingham would like to invite older residents (60 and over) to join them at an event exploring how we could use digital technologies to improve our health and wellbeing.

Lunch and refreshments provided. Book your place early, as spaces are limited.

For more information and to book a ticket, search for SmartHealth under Nottingham events on Eventbrite, or contact us: krista@kristablair.co.uk  0115 8232471

At this event, you will have an opportunity to meet and talk about the issues with other city residents and with health and technology experts. By sharing your views, you will help researchers learn more about how we can best use technologies to improve health.
