Three course meals are served daily, Monday to Friday. You can chose to have just the main course or add a starter and/or dessert. The menu is changed daily and it is the ideal oportunity to make new friends.

Our coffee bar is open Monday to Friday and serves light snacks and meals as well as cakes and sausage rolls. It has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and there is always someone happy to have a chat.
Each week we have a Special on offer - such as Scampi and Chips, Ploughmans or Bacon, Brie and Cranberry Bagette for £4.00

We have Gentle Exercise classes every Wednesday and Thursday from 12.00noon to 1.00pm suitable for all abilities to help you stay fit and active led by Claire Orbell.
The cost for each class are £4.00
We hold a Tea Dance every Monday at 1.45pm until 3.45pm. Which features sequence dancing. In the interval refreshments are available. It is an excellent way to keep active and fit and make new friends. The cost is £3.00 each.

Friday 10.30am - 12.00pm (Easy / Intermediate Class)
Friday 1.30pm - 3.00pm (Beginners Class)

Learn and Practice the art of Calligraphy. Our classes are held on Thursday at 1.30pm -3.30pm and cost £8.00
Our Whist groups meet on Tuesday and Wednesday at 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Cost £3.00
Knit & Natter
Knit and Natter sessions are held on:-
Wednesday 10.00am to 12.00am
Sessions are free
Spend time chatting and making new friends whilst enjoying your hobby.
Bring your own project, or knit items for our fundraising projects such as innocent fruit juice hats or items we can sell in our shop.
Our Walking Group - meets monthly for a 3+ mile walk in the local area. New members are always welcome.

Tai Chi, as it is practiced in the West today can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined. The classes are taught by Helen Collins.
Classes to learn and practise Tai Chi for Beginners and Improvers take place on Thursdays:-
9.15am - 10.15am (Beginners)
10.30am - 11.30am (Improvers)
Chi Kung is similar to Tai Chi.
The Chi Kung Classes are taught by Jamie Lenthall and take place in the Maple Room on:-
