Walking Football is a great way to get out more, meet new people and feel better.
It's a slower version of the beautiful game, designed to help get gentlemen over 50 - particularly those who haven't exercised in some time - more active and involved. Most importantly, it's a great opportunity to be with the guys and have a laugh.
Come along to one of the following sessions to get active and have fun!
