Age UK Tameside and all its staff and volunteers aim to provide services and support that are high quality and professional and we always welcome your feedback on how we are doing.

There are several ways you can do this, via our token rating system, set up in the Centre Reception Area, Studio 131 and the 131 Club Lounge. We also ask for feedback from those people accessing services using easy to complete forms. As well as this we do have a Complaints Procedure which helps us address issues and concerns fairly and consistently.
