General Application Pack (GAP)
1. Information, Advice and Advocacy Team Leader
£23,000 per annum; 37 hours per week
You will be responsible for managing our Information, Advice and Advocacy service, ensuring that a timely and responsive service is provided. You will also carry a caseload of people who require benefits advice. An experience of managing a complex service and a well developed understanding of benefits is required.

2. Central Services Administrator
£8.72 per hour
18 hours a week (Tuesday & Wednesday 11am to 5pm; Friday 10.30am to 4.30pm)
This is a temporary role until 31st March 2021.
You will support the Central Services Manager to ensure the effective operation of all administration and ICT functions across the organisation.
