1. Information, Advice and Advocacy Team Leader

To manage our Information, Advice and Advocacy services, ensuring duplication is eliminated, efficiencies maximised and service users receive a joined-up response.  To provide leadership to the service and ensure that all elements operate within the parameters set out in contracts and funding agreements.

You need to have experience of managing a complex service and a well-developed understanding of benefit calculations.

£25,000 per year, 37 hours a week.

2. Home Helpers

We are seeking Home Helpers to support our shopping and cleaning service.

Hours are variable to suit - we work Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am to 4.30pm.  Most Home Helpers work between 12 and 24 hours a week. There is no evening or weekend work.  This is a zero hour contract but staff develop a regular rota.

£8.91 per hour
