Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us.
We rely on volunteers to help us deliver our services to anyone over the age of 50 living in Wiltshire and Swindon
Current Volunteer Vacancies - March 2021
We are currently only recruiting volunteers for the following roles:
Home-Based Telephone Volunteers - Read more about the role
Fitness & Friendship Club Leaders & Helpers - Read more about the roles
All our other volunteering roles are on hold until the Covid19 pandemic is under control.
Who are we looking for?
There is no typical volunteer. Whether you're 18 or 80, as long as you've got a few hours a week you can spare, we'd love to hear form you.
You don't need any special skills, as long as you're caring and compassionate, get on well with people and are reliable, we have a role for you.
Some of our roles will need specific training and some time spent shadowing existing volunteers.
We may also need to do some checks but we'll let you know about this.
We also like to chat with you about the role you've chosen to make sure it's what you're looking for.
If you haven't already, we suggest you read about the main roles available when volunteering with us. These can be found from our main Volunteer page or by downloading our volunteer information pack below.
If you are still unsure about what role you want to do or you would like to do something that isn't listed above then please just let us know. We are happy to discuss all types of volunteering roles.
