Senior Care Lead - Nights

The role of Senior Care Lead is a particularly important role within our Organisation. We want to ensure that we provide high quality, person centred care supporting our residents who are living with Dementia. As the front-line supervisors, our Senior Care Leads have the responsibility for both staff and residents, giving guidance and support to all whilst ensuring service delivery meets the requirements of CQC and the Organisation.

36 hours per week
