Home Support Service Manager

£26,318 pro rata
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Age UK Bristol is seeking an innovative manager to develop our new Home Support Service in South Bristol. The post is initially funded for a fixed term of twelve months as we pilot the service.  We do plan for this service to be longer term, and the future relies upon someone helping us to make the service a success.

As our Home Support Service Manager you will be responsible for developing our new service and also for providing management cover for our successful New Beginnings Day Centre on two days a week. You will be well supported to develop a successful service that puts people at the heart of planning the support they need.  This post has the potential to make a real difference to local older people, ensuring they can live independently with the support they need, at the time they need it.  We want older people to enjoy their later life and are looking for someone with the vision, enthusiasm and experience to bring this to fruition.
