Public Health England has created a guide providing simple information and ideas for staying physically active, safe, healthy and connected for older people at home.

Free exercise classes aimed at older adults on Zoom video calling with The Exercise Club in Clifton. This includes a full-body workout adaptable for all levels, which can be done seated or standing, on Monday afternoons, 12:00-12:30. There are other free classes on their weekly timetable and a telephone class for those who are not online. Radio Five Live Sports Extra (On digital radio, and Freeview channel 706) are broadcasting their '10 Today' 10-minute audio exercise class several times throughout the day. You can also listen to the sessions on-demand here.

BBC Radio Bristol (94.9 PM on an analogue radio) broadcast a 10-minute stretching session each weekday at 9:30 a.m.

Bristol Bears Rugby Club has created a pack of activities including seated exercise cards and quizzes for older people. You can request a free pack to be delivered to yourself or any Bristol neighbours who are shielding by contacting ktavender@bristolbearsrugby.com.
