Want to join our Retail team? We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our new Charity Shop opening soon at Winyates Centre, Redditch!

Job Title: Charity Shop Assistant Manager

Responsible to: Shop Manager and Head of Retail

Responsible for: Shop Volunteers

Location: Winyates Centre, Redditch, B98 0NR

Hours per week: 19.5 to 26 hours per week (to be discussed at interview)

Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours)

Salary: £ 10.42 per hour

Job Purpose & Role

To assist the Shop Manager to ensure the efficient running of the Charity Shop, to enable Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest to raise funds towards services and support for local older people, by maximising sales and ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service. To provide a source of inexpensive second-hand clothing for people in the Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest areas, particularly those on limited incomes. The shop will also pass on referrals to Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest offices on request.
