Age UK Cheshire offers a free and confidential information and advice service for older people, their families and carers

Age UK Cheshire's friendly Information and Advice officers can offer help on a range of issues including health, housing, travel, money, welfare benefits and community care.  We also stock a wide range of information guides and leaflets, which you can access online, in person or we can post out to you.

You can also phone our Information and Advice Helpline (or drop in) to find out more about our wide range of services we have on offer at Age UK Cheshire including Men in Sheds, Coach Trips, Day Centres, Welfare Benefits Advice Service, Dementia Advice Service, Advocacy, Money Matters, Charity Shops and many more.

How to access the service

We are available to take your calls at any of the information offices listed below or alternatively you can email or visit our information offices in person.
