Brand-new Dementia Support Service Launches Across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot

We’re pleased to announce the launch of a brand-new Dementia Support Service created in partnership with five key organisations across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
Designed to support those who have been diagnosed with dementia, and their loved ones and carers, the catch-all service will provide person-centred support and information to help them live well with dementia.
The Dementia Support Service will provide free advice and guidance, respite care, specialist dementia training for carers, and practical help around the home - including housing adaptations. The partnership is a collaboration between local organisations; Age Cymru West Glamorgan, Swansea Carers Centre, Neath Port Talbot Carers Service, Care and Repair Western Bay and Citizens Advice Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
