Gender Pay Gap Report
From 6 April 2017, employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish their gender pay gap information. The figures must be calculated using the standard methodologies used in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
Age UK Hertfordshire does not pay any bonuses to any of its staff. We are therefore limiting this report to the three calculations that we are mandated to report:
- Gender pay gap (both mean and median averages).
- Proportion of men and women in each quartile of the organisation’s pay structure.
