Local Volunteer Meets Prince Charles

As part of an iniative run by The Sun newspaper, our wonderful volunteer Helen Jump was lucky enough to join Prince Charles at a cozy celebration of his 70th birthday this year.

The party was attended by 70 volunteers from different UK charities - all of whom had also turned 70 this year! Helen was kind enough to invite our HR Assistant Lynne Gundy to accompany her, and by all accounts the two ladies had the most wonderful day.

The team at Age UK Hertfordshire were thrilled to see one of our hardworking volunteers receiving the "royal treatment" she deserves! Well done, Helen!
