With restrictions are easing in England, some people may feel anxious to meet others again. It is important to remember to take care of your mental health and wellbeing, espcially as restrictions and rules change for us.

Here are just a few ideas which may help you:

  • Try to keep active - why not try chair based exercises to help you get moving
  • Spend some time in your garden - if you have a garden and able to get to it, spend as much time getting sunlight and fresh air as possible. If you do not have a garden open window for a little while and open your curtains to feel the sunlight and fresh air.
  • Have a clear out - have a sort through your possessions and put them away tidily
  • Start that hobby you have always wanted to try - have you always thought about painting, knitting, upcycling, writing, playing an instrument or starting meditation? Now would be the perfect chance to start
  • Keep your mind stimuated - read a book or listen to an audiobook, read our latest magazine, do a puzzle, or if you have access to the interent why not listen to a podcast
