Young at Heart Clubs are social clubs for older people to meet and take part in a range of activities.

What do we do?

We welcome you, or your loved one, to join one of our friendly Young At Heart clubs that run across various locations across the Dacorum area. It is a chance to socialise and enjoy a hot lunch with friends on a weekly basis, with the opportunity to meet new people, try something new, and find out about help available to you. Transport and lunch are included within the cost.

At the clubs you will have the opportunity to:
Receive information and help to access other services

Take part in various activities such as quizzes, crafts, board games and bingo.


Take part in various exercises suited for all abilities, to look after your physical wellbeing


Celebrate special events

Entertainment

Learn new skills

Pub lunches

Outings and visits to garden centres, places of interest, etc.
