At Home Support Worker

Our At Home Support Workers provide practical, reliable and friendly support to older people in their own homes across Merton. This role helps clients remain independent, connected and comfortable at home by assisting with everyday tasks such as shopping, light housework, preparing simple meals, collecting prescriptions and accompanying clients to appointments or activities.

This is a flexible casual role, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, delivered during weekday service hours. It would suit someone patient, trustworthy, compassionate and able to build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Please note that this service does not provide personal care.
