We offer a range of Community Advocacy services to ensure that older people in Norfolk are supported in having a voice and remaining independent.

Bereavement Administration Service
Our bereavement Administration Service provides support to people aged 50 and over who are recently bereaved. Our specially trained advisors can help guide you through a difficult time by offering practical help with completing paperwork and notifying companies.
General Advocacy
Our Advocacy service empowers individuals over 50 to have their voices heard and to make informed decisions. We provide support in making phone calls, drafting letters, ensuring you receive fair treatment and never face inequality or discrimination.
