Views and Experiences of Autism Support in North Tyneside

People in North Tyneside have said that there is not enough support for autistic people locally. Healthwatch North Tyneside want to know what you think about autism support and how it could be better.

Your feedback will help shape support services for autistic people in our area in the future. At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you want to enter our prize draw, with a chance to win £50 of Love 2 Shop vouchers.

If you are over 18, live in North Tyneside and ANY of these apply to you please share your views:

  • self-identified autistic adult
  • waiting for an autism diagnosis
  • have an autism diagnosis
  • exploring autism in relation to yourself
  • carer, family member or support for an autistic adult
