Free carbon monoxide awareness workshop

The Gas Safe Charity is working with Jigsaw to deliver a free half day carbon monoxide workshop in Mansfield. The workshop is aimed at any front line staff and volunteers who deliver their services in the homes of vulnerable people.
Carbon monoxide is a potentially lethal gas which can’t be detected by our senses. Even at low levels, over a long period, there is an increased risk of falls and poor health. Greater awareness of the sources, signs and symptoms and what to do if you suspect there may be a carbon monoxide risk will help protect vulnerable people, as well as the front line staff visiting people in their homes.
The workshop will start at 9.30 and finish by 12.30 at SSHAC, Kirkland Avenue, Mansfield, NG18 5QP
