Become a Community Information Network volunteer and help to make a huge difference to people’s lives.
As a volunteer, your role is to help people to find the information they need to stay independent and well. This could be information about a local class or help in the home, support with benefits advice or information about local volunteer opportunities – whatever information people need, your job is to help them find it.
Our volunteers help us out at information events, and work to spread the word about the network their communities. Whatever you do, we’ll match you to a role that suits your interests, location and your available time.
You don’t need to be an expert to become a volunteer – you’ll be part of a team and will receive support and training as soon as you join us. Whether you have an hour or a day to spare each month, you can make a big difference.

Become a Good Neighbour Scheme volunteer
We want every community in Oxfordshire to have a Good Neighbour Scheme so that people have a group to turn to if they need help or support. We are encouraging more people to join one and become part of this vital service.
You don’t need a lot of time to become a volunteer or to set a new scheme up in your area; if you’ve an hour a week or more to spare, Volunteer Link-Up would like to hear from you. To find out more call the Good Neighbour Scheme Support Service on 01993 776277 or email email@example.com to find out more.
