Move to Thrive is all about gentle movement to music, specially designed for those with dementia.

This group meets weekly on Tuesdays, 10.45am - 12.00pm and on Thursdays, 1.30 - 2.45pm.

Move to Thrive is a fun, relaxed way to get active, boost wellbeing, and connect with others. It involves gentle movement to music, led by a qualified instructor and is specially designed for those with dementia.

Each session is just £5.00 per person (carers come along for free) and includes refreshments and time to socialise.
