LET'S GET WIGAN BOROUGH KNITTING!

The Big Knit challenge is back, and we're asking our wonderful community to help us reach a BIG goal! 💗

We're joining forces with Innocent and Age UK for the Big Knit 2026/27, and Age UK Wigan Borough has pledged to collect 7,500 little knitted hats!

Every tiny hat knitted and donated helps support the campaign, with 30p donated to Age UK for every hatted innocent smoothie bottle sold. Whether you're an experienced knitter, a beginner picking up the needles for the first time, or someone who knows a brilliant knitter, we'd love you to get involved.

📣 Share our challenge and help us spread the word across Wigan Borough.

We'll be tracking our progress as we work towards 7,500 hats, so keep an eye on our updates and see how far we can go together!
