We appreciate your donations that help us to continue our work with and for older people in York.
Age UK York does not receive any funding from the national charity. We have to raise money locally to run our services. Here are two ways you could help.
If you would like to help us to continue our work please pop into our offices or post any cheques to:

You can also raise money for us by leaving a legacy and using Gift Aid. You may like to help by making annual payments or by making a tax-free cash gift using Gift Aid tax relief.
Alternatively you can support us through the Just Giving website and details for this can be found at:
Leaving a legacy
Legacies are a crucial part of our income and allow us to offer even more services. Everyone who leaves a gift to Age UK York is playing a part in the future of our organisation. Your legacy doesn't have to be a large sum to make a difference.
Donations in Wills (legacies) are a vital part of our voluntary income, and in the coming years the need for our services is set to rise dramatically.
This is because as a nation we are growing older. In just 30 years time the UK population aged over 60 years will have increased by 50% so Age UK York services will be even more vital in the future. The lives of older people could be transformed by remembering Age UK York in your will.
