£12,122 (plus pension and healthcare scheme benefits) - £25,256 FTE.

 

The organisation

We are a locally focused charity with over 130 staff and volunteers across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. We provide support and services to people aged 50 and over, enabling, empowering, and encouraging them to enrich their lives and live independently. We are growing and expanding to support more older people in Birmingham, Sandwell and Dudley.

 

The opportunity

 We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Independence Services Team. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to put older people ease, whilst treating their foot health. Arranging your own initial assessment appointments as well as regular follow up treatments.

We will provide on the job support, and additional external training as required.

 

The ideal candidate

This is a role for someone passionate about delivering high quality service to older people. Ideally, you will have proven experience of working with older people in a healthcare or similar setting.

Do you enjoy listening and talking to older people?

Are you patient, empathetic and friendly?

Do you have experience of working with older people or in footcare?

Then this could be the job for you!
