Confidential information may have to be passed onto external organisations(s) in the event of a safe guarding concern.
Complaints and compliments
We work hard to provide high quality services bu sometimes things can go wrong. If they do, we want to hear from you so thate we can put them right. If you have a complaint or concern, you should first raise it with the person responsible for the service you receive. If this does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction you should contact our Services Managers or Chief Officer. There is also a formal complaints procedure.
