Yoga is known to improve posture, increase flexibility, build muscle strength, and boost metabolism. We provide classes for the over 50s in safe, accessible venues. We run multiple yoga classes across the local area and are always able to offer more in your local area if we can get enough people interested.

Our current classes run at Moordown Community Centre on Mondays & Fridays, and we will be starting new classes in other venues from April 2022.
