Care for your mind and body with our Gentle Yoga Classes, tailored for those aged 55 and over.

Our weekly sessions are designed to support your body as it changes with age through guided movements and gentle poses to improve posture, strength, and flexibility.

Each class encourages you to slow down, decompress, and create space for reflection and stillness. As stress and inactivity can increase the risk of physical and mental health issues, practicing mindfulness and gentle movement becomes all the more important in later life. Our classes are warm and friendly spaces, so rest assured even if you are new to yoga, you will be in safe hands and company.
