Local urgent support is available throughout the Christmas and New Year period to facilitate hospital discharge or to avoid hospital admission. You can call us on 01354 691896, operating everyday between 10am to 4pm.
Age UK, the national charity, Information and Advice line is also available to answer your calls everyday between 8am to 7pm. Our local information and advice helpline is open on the dates and times shown below.
