Season’s Greetings from Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Published on 22 December 2025 12:40 PM
On behalf of everyone at Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have, in any way, touched the lives of older people this year. It has been a positive year, full of change, and we are deeply grateful for the loyalty and support of so many individuals and organisations. Together, we are making a real difference to the lives of older people in our communities.
As we approach the festive season, please note that our offices will close on Christmas Eve (early afternoon) and reopen on Friday, 2nd January 2026. While most services will pause, some essential support will continue behind the scenes to ensure that those who are most isolated remain connected with people who care about them.
If you need help during this period:
- Call our helpline: 0300 666 8960 – you will be automatically transferred to the national Age UK support line.
- Adult Social Care:
- Cambridgeshire: 0345 045 5202
- Peterborough: 01733 747474
- Emergency situations: Dial 999.
If you leave a non-urgent message over the festive period, we will respond when we return.
Wishing you a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year from all of us at Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
