Volunteer's Week 2026 - Thank you Volunteers!

Volunteer's Week (1st June - 7th June) is one of the most significant celebrations at Age UK Camden every year. The charity is supported by volunteers who are passionate about supporting older people across Camden and have dedicated a remarkable 11,488 hours of their time (an estimated social value of over £170,000 based on the London Living Wage) to the charity's vital services during the 2025–2026 financial year.

"Age UK Camden could not function without our amazing volunteers," CEO Ross Diamond commented. "The thousands of hours that they share with us every year ensure that we can continue to support the older residents of Camden in a wide range of ways: from home visits to isolated people, including those with dementia, to supporting people to feel safe and confident in the online world. They exemplify our key values of Kindness, Hope, Courage and Justice - and we are hugely grateful for everything that they do."

The charity will also hold their annual Volunteer Celebration Day at a later date.
