We’re looking for kind, compassionate, exceptional individuals to support our Home Care Support Workers and support people to live and age well within their own homes. Are you someone who:

Hours: 28 hours per week or 56 hours per fortnight. This post includes shifts between the hours of 7am -10pm on a rota basis and includes alternate weekend working. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the service. You will be required to take part in the on call rota.
