The iCAN team is hosting a Stroke Awareness event on Wednesday, 29th March 2023, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St George, 45 London Road, Enfield EN2 6DS.  

 

 

 

 

 

The iCAN team is hosting a Stroke Awareness event on

Wednesday 29th March 2023

at Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St George, 45 London Road, Enfield EN12 6DS

It starts at 10 am and finishes at 3 pm.   Free lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Join us for expert advice and information about staying health, reducing your risk of strokes and how to live well after a stroke.   

Activities on the day will include:

  • Tips on healthy lifestyles
  • Staying active
  • Blood press checks
  • Assisted technology for home safety
  • Taster exercise sessions
  • Mindfulness
  • Stalls and informaiton
