How we help ?
Sometimes your enquiry can be answered swiftly by our Customer Services Team. They can provide information and signposting, to the most appropriate help and support. This may include sending you information electronically or in the post.
If your enquiry requires you be allocated to one of our trained Health & Wellbeing Navigators, or volunteers, then we will inform you of the predicted wait time for support, making sure we give you alternative options to support yourself or the person you are supporting. We are committed to offering the best service and demands for information and advice are nationally very high in demand so you may be placed on a waiting list to be contacted.
Our Information and Advice Services are partially funded by London Borough of Enfield,
Disability Advice Network Enfield (DANE) is a new Voluntary Sector consortia led by Enfield Citizens Advice, with Edmonton Community Partnership and Wellbeing Connect Services which offers support to people who meet the eligibility criteria.

We are also able to support you with improving your use and knowledge if Digital Inclusion and Assisted Technology. Our popular Tech Tuesdays are run weekly at Dugdale Arts Centre.
We work collaboratively with other agencies including the Department for Work and Pensions, local VCSE information services including Enfield Citizens Advice and Enfield Carers Centre.
Sadly, we are unable to help with:
• Debt advice
• Financial advice
• Immigration advice
• Legal Advice
We will always try to help, and if we cannot assist you directly, we will signpost or refer you to another service which would be most appropriate for your needs.
