Information and Advice

Our experienced Information and Advice Team can assist with a wide range of subjects affecting older people. If the Team are unable to assist with your enquiry, we will refer or signpost you onto an appropriate third party agency. The service is open daily Monday to Wednesday first come first service, currently on an non-appointment based system.
Subject to team availability the service is currently open:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am.

We do not offer independent Financial Advice. We also do not deal with immigration issues, debt, will writing and power of attorney or the provision of legal advice.

Do you need help with your tax?
Age UK Enfield hosts free tax advice surgeries, provided by the charity TaxHelp for Older People, for people aged over 60 and on low incomes (less than £15,000 a year household income).
